GENERAL  REGULATION

These business conditions of LMGLASS, Ltd. In Osadná 2, 83103 Bratislava, registered in Commercial Register of District Court  Bratislava I, Section – Ltd companies, Number : 100090/B / „ seller“ / edits reciprocal rights and obligations of both contacting sides based on sale contract between seller and another  individual or legal person / next buyer/ by e-shop of seller.

E-shop is administrated by www.zrkadlovynabytok.eu .

 

ORDER  AND  CONTRACT CONCLUSION

All orders implemented by Internet sale www.zrkadlovynabytok.eu are obligatory for both contracting sides.  After dispatch of order buyer confirms he knows all these purchasing and complaint conditions.

Validity condition od electronic order is right and complete filling of all data required by order.

Sale contract between seller and buyer originates by order sending of customer and its buyer acceptance.

 

TERMS OF DELIVERY / CONDITIONS/

Furniture is delivered assembled. Goods is delivered by our cars and messenger companies.

SELLER  OBLIGATES:

  • to deliver to buyer a kind of goods and amount of goods in purchase and according to payment conditions of the date of sending order
  • to deliver goods properly overpacked not to damage goods during transport

 

SELLER  DOES  NOT  RESPOND  TO:

  • delayed goods delivering caused by post, or transport company
  • delayed goods delivering caused by incorrect address of recipient
  • damage of goods caused by post, or transport company

 

BUYER  OBLIGATES

  • ordered goods to take over and control not to break the containers
  • to pay for goods in full and according to terms of payment of the date of order sending by transfer in advance or in a day of delivery and acceptance of cash on delivery.

In case if buyer does not take over goods / according to order/, seller reserves claim to put into effect  compensation of it. In case if customer does not take over goods during the first delivering period and he requires repeated goods delivering, he is obligatory to pay cost of the first and repeated goods delivering.

 

DELIVERY  TIME  LIMIT

Goods order  delivering is impolemented  according to  availability as soon as possible.  The process of orders lasts from 4 to 6 weeks, carrying  agent or messenger deliver the consignment in 1 or 2 days. If there is stated different time limit you will be informed.

 

THE  PRICE  OF  GOODS

The prices of goods are published on our web side and they are valid during goods ordering.

All prices which are published on our web side, are final. This final price does not contain postage and we do not bill packing.

The document of sale realization is invoice that is a part of each package and it  is also a delivery note and warranty card.

 

PAYMENT  FOR  GOODS  IN  SLOVAK  REPUBLIC

  • messenger pre-payment by bank transfer, customer pays after order by bank transfer to the bank account – SK 1002000000003371041155, variable symbol – the number of invoice, shipping is charged 19.90 Eur
  • messenger , payment after delivery, customer will pay at the moment of consignment – 19.90 Eur

Personal acceptance is possible after phone call.

ORDER  CANCELLATION

Buyer is authorized to cancel order without cause in two hours after sending. / After 2 hours, operator begins to transact the order./ Send us order cancellation to our e-mail eshopLMF@gmail.com and we immediately send you the order confirmation.

 

GOODS RETURN, RECTRACTION  OF  CONTRACT

According to  12 the Law 108/2000, it  is possible to give back goods without cause at the latest 14 working days after delivery. Retraction of contract has to be delivered in electronic way to  eshopLMF@gmail.com.

Send the goods in original packing, complete, unused and undamaged, in insured package, with original purchase document. Transport costs are payable by customer. We do not accept returned goods as a postage cash on delivery. The price will be given back to customer in 15 days after delivering and controlling of goods by postal order where sum of 0,66Eur will be deducted – it  is post charge. If you had postage free this sum of money will be deducted.

 

COMPLAINT  RULES

We recommend to customer /buyer/ to control consignment / if it  is not damaged/  before delivery and payment. In case damage of goods  is extensive / torn packaging, deformation and other bucklings/ . We recommend not to  take over shipment.

In case of complaints, buyer sends back defective goods to address of company .Package has to be properly packed and it  has to contain:  defective goods and facility, copy of invoice, damage description and buyer contact information – address, phone number, e-mail address. Send the goods as a parcel or as a registered letter. Do not send cash on delivery , it will not be accepted. Defective goods has to be delivered net and not mechanically damaged.

Transport costs of defective goods are paid by buyer. We do not give back postage and other fees.

Return transport of justified claim is paid. In case, some damage will be caused in warranty, customer has a right to resolve this problem. If it  is not possible to remove the defect, the supplier gives a new product, or different product, different type of product and there will be new price.

WARRANTY –  24  MONTHS

The warranty does not cover damage caussed by :

  • natural or excessive mechanical damage
  • spilage of goods due to poor maintenance
  • usage of goods in not suitable conditions – heat, dust, dampness, chemical and mechanical and environmental effects
  • external effects – tumble, impact, ingress of water
  • by mechanical damage –ruptured, erupted, thermal damage of goods
  • damage of goods because of excessive physical treatment, intentional scratching
  • the warranty does not cover damage caused by natural disasters, violent damage, weather conditions or operation in extreme and unusual conditions

In case of unjustified complaints goods will be returned back to buyer with the relevant opinion.

Goods complaint is transacted by seller without delay, maximum of 30 days of the date of complaint by buyer. After justified complaint the warranty period is extended in time of the complaint. If the complaint was realized by exchange of goods then warranty will go on again from the date of complaint realization.

Seller reminds byuer about this complaint process either by phone or SMS, mail, delivering to buyer ś home address.

PERSONAL  INFORMATION  PROTECTION

Within the Law 428/2002 – Personal information protection, operator of webside : www.zrkadlovynabytok.eu  commits he uses personal data only for order form, he does not provide  data to the other people, clients and he does not use personal  data for commercial offer unrelated to promote this on-line business. He commits to wipe off all personal data up to customer demand.
